Here's a roadmap of things we are currently (or will soon) be working on. Feel free to reach out if you want to help with any of this!

Currently in progress:

Making bombcell run on MATLAB online
Curate a set of threshold settings that people are using in different brain regions
Align mean raw waveforms to each other
Implement mad_ratio from: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2024.12.04.626805v1
Python version finish: clean up scripts

Future:

Better integration with UnitMatch
Splitting options (using HBDBSCAN?)
GUI refactoring using datoviz
