Mostly smaller updates, but stuff that's worth releasing regardless.

• qpost now passes its arguments to msync gen, so now things like qpost --cw food work as expected.
• msync now has a man page. Run make_man_page.sh or download it from the releases below.
• .bak files are now deleted from the queued posts directory after a post is sent or dequeued. This helps free up some disk space and reduces clutter. Running msync queue clear post will clean up any stragglers left from earlier versions.
• Windows builds now come with the newest version of curl compiled in.
