fix : Tree component missing event subscription and handleKey method

Fixed two related bugs in packages/ui/src/Tree.ts:

1. The Tree class defined keyboard navigation methods (selectNext, selectPrev, toggleExpand, confirm) but never subscribed a key handler, so keyboard navigation never worked.
2. Added the missing handleKey(event: KeyEvent) method.

packages/ui/src/Tree.ts

• Added type KeyEvent import from @termuijs/core
• Added this.events.on('key', this.handleKey) in the constructor
• Added mount() override that re-registers the key handler (matching other widget patterns)
• Added handleKey(event: KeyEvent) method that routes keyboard events to the appropriate navigation methods:
  • up/k -> selectPrev()
  • down/j -> selectNext()
  • left/h -> toggleExpand()
  • enter/return/space -> confirm()

Enables keyboard navigation in the Tree component, making it accessible and usable via keyboard input.
