Hi ptomblin, This is excellent, thank you for making the time to do this. I am pushing hard to get a second plugin ready/added to the wp.org repository, but as soon as that is done I will have a quick pass through this then merge it in. |

I've updated the pull request to add a second option - this one to show today's tweets with the time it was posted instead of showing the relative time. |

A simple option to only show tweets for today.
Also fixed a problem where it seems like the logic to determine if this is today's tweet or not was broken if your wordpress installation wasn't on GMT but your server was.
