As mentioned in issue #211, the documentation could use some updates to be more up to date with the available features in ProjectTemplate. I took it to heart to make sure it was at least up to date with the code I wrote.

As I was creating the documentation for the new custom templates functionality I noticed a few minor errors and unclear sections so I decided to update some other texts as well. Also, I noticed that code sections were rendered pretty strange as bold text instead of monospaced. I tweaked a little in de CSS-stylesheet to make codesections better legible:

Old style

screenprint old style

New style

screenprint new style

* Minor textual changes, some source layout changes

* Added page and section headings to make the structure more clear

* Made indents for code blocks more uniform

* Now all indents should be uniform
