ebsrc scanner

A small script to scan ebsrc-to-listing.

This is pure spaghetti code, good luck to anyone wanting to modify this (tho it's a single file project, it shouldn't be that hard)

Compiling

This should compile :

mkdir -p build
cd build
cmake ..
make

---

Usage

Make a .txt file with the text that you want to search for.
Note that the program will search for consecutive lines in ebsrc-to-listing similar to your .txt file. Emphasis on consecutive.
This is an example :

target-text.txt

SBC #$50
AND #$007F

Then execute the binary :

./ebsrc-searcher /path/to/ebsrc-to-listing /path/to/target-text.txt

You will get an output similar to this :

Successfully written data at ebscr_data.txt
Successfully written data at ebscr_links.txt

The data gets written to ebscr_data.txt and the links to ebscr_links.txt in the same directory as where the ebsrc-scanner binary is.
It should be pretty easy to put that in a config file but I'm lazy.
