• test(viewer): async_states SkeletonLayout proptest surface (WBS-6.2 #458) #474 properties_session_ledger_envelope.rs (15 props): seal / open round-trip + error path coverage. Soft envelope-encryption stub (C02 L22).

Branch off fix/viewer-mock-data-properties-20260809 rebased main. Test file compiles and passes locally.
