Remove pose check

Emotes tend to override vanilla poses, also this check is unideal and creates a bunch of problems, I think this check should be removed

I will not remove pose checks completely because it is often useful to have and I think many projects depend on it.

However if you do something like emote based pose check or cancellable events, I can merge that.
