Major changes:
-Slider now syncs to progress when printing
-Added current layer number to slider thumb
-Added option to hide nozzle while printing
-Made color of current layer a little darker to make it easier to see
-Fixed bug with nozzle moving strange with OctoLapse.
-Fixed bug where settings were not saved
-Settings are now saved for the whole site and not per page.
-Changed default settings. Fatlines are on by default and mirror is off. The idea is the default is the best view that should also work on lower end machines. Turn the goodies back on if you have the performance.  
-Removed "Reflection" option. It was frivolous and caused a significant performance hit when used.
