- 500g Champignons (ohne Kartoffel) | ||

- Schöpfer | ||

## Zubereitung | ||
|
||
Boden des Topfs mit Olivenöl bedecken. | ||
Zwiebel klein scheiden und anbraten. | ||
Kartoffel und Gemüse schälen und klein schneiden und mit Wasser aufgießen | ||
(Falls Zucchini erst später hinzufügen). | ||
Salzen und pfeffern. | ||
Köcheln lassen bis Kartoffel weich sind und danach pürieren. | ||
Sahne dazugeben. |
