This is a program file that makes your taskbar fully transparent To stop this press Ctrl + Shift + Esc > In task manager find LucidTaskbarTransparency Utility named file which is running , > right click on that > click on end task > Then search Windows Explorer in that same list > Right click >Restart , you will get back to your normal taskbar
