Monotonic Narrowing for Agent Authority and Faceted Authority Attenuation (Pidlisnyi, 2026): the product-lattice model where delegated authority can only attenuate across seven constraint dimensions, never amplify. Adds two formal-model papers to Defense Research → Permission & Access Control.
These sit directly alongside the section's existing institutional-attestation and policy-as-code entries (e.g. "Governing Actions, Not Agents", "Autoformalization of Agent Instructions into Policy-as-Code"). Both papers are the formal underpinning of IETF Internet-Draft draft-pidlisnyi-aps-03. Entries follow the section's 📄 author/year format.
