Verify LoTSS-HR DR2 updates

There are several updates made to autoPILOT to both improve efficiency and image quality. These involved major changes to the way LoTSS-HR is run, which now need to be carefully checked for any issues before automated processing can resume.

Incomplete list of updates:

• Moved from slurm scripts to flocs runners
• Implemented threading to both enable flocs runners to be run in parallel and improve traffic management
• Updated to latest software versions
• Efficiency improvements

Re-worked the check_field and get_workflow_obsid functions to be compatible with the new processing. Now need to verify the cleanup_step and then I think it can move on to delay calibration

The cleanup_step now also works (at least for LINC target). Monitor script now tries to move on to delay calibration, but this seems to trigger slurm instabilities on COSMA...

Instabilities solved. Turns out the installation is incredibly finnicky. It completed a run of delay calibration, but the code failed to recognize it as a success. So, need to now torubleshoot that.

Finished delay-calibration, and correctly cleaned up. Now in the DelayCheck stage while I manually improve the DI calibration. It ran into a poor sky model generated by SkyNet, which harmed the calibration quality,
