This release updates the user interface and help links in the plugin dialogs.

Plugin Installation

  • Download ImageJ_Flood_Tools_Bundle.jar to the ImageJ plugins folder and restart ImageJ. The Bundle jar contains the required DistanceMapLib and ImageJAddins libraries.

Alternate plugin Installation

  • Download the DistanceMapLib and ImageJAddins libraries and ImageJ_Flood_Tools.jar to the ImageJ plugins folder and restart ImageJ.
