How to Go Back to Stock

Use this method to go back to stock Sony Android anytime.

Installing stock ICS (Android 4) build .587 is also required/recommended before you upgrade to LegacyXperia 11 or higher, to make sure that the partitions sizes are standard.

1. Download and install the Xperia Flashtool: http://www.flashtool.net
2. Find a stock .ftf image for your device. Build .587 is the newest standard Sony ICS ROM. You can find this file here:

1. Use Flashtool to flash the .ftf
   Hint: if you have a physical Menu button, that is the fastboot button; otherwise it is Volume-Up.
   If that doesn't work, google for your device's codename and 'flashtool'.
