Commands:
@#{bot.username} help: show help(Only simplified chinese is supported)
@#{bot.username} silence @xxx [time] [reason]: Silence @xxx for [time] minutes
@#{bot.username} unmute @xxx [reason]: Cancel silencing @xxx for minutes
命令：

@#{bot.username} silence @xxx [time] [reason]: 将xxx禁言[time]分钟
