feat: Pre-cache identifiers, find all references, rename symbol, signature helper

Basically v2.0; lots of added functionality and fixes

• Preprocess the workspace to build a cache of identifiers, rather than searching files at runtime
• Adds the "find all references" functionality
• Adds the "rename symbol" functionality
• Adds the "signature helper" functionality
• Adds the "auto completion" functionality
• Adds match type for components
• Fix bug with local vars not being matched accurately
• Save ID to all identifier objects, display on hover
• Match with return statements, and added support for multiple return types
• Match with switch cases
• Match with pack files
• Handle cert obj matches & references to the non-cert obj
• warning message if you try to put a value that does not exist
