Initial GUI release

Initial standalone executable release with GUI created by Taizyd Korambayil.

Known issues:

• Filenames have .fga appended even if they already end in .fga
• Sliders don't update their positions when you enter a different value in the corresponding field
• Tooltips and window titles are placeholders
• Field input isn't validated and can lead to silent failure
