license: complete SPDX/REUSE coverage for the remaining files - #15

Every file now states its copyright and license: SPDX headers on the example front-end modules, a REUSE.toml covering the generated bindings, config, templates, and docs, LICENSES/AGPL-3.0-or-later.txt, and license/authors on the example crate.
