Closeout after #11 — marks the prompt-pack maturity scope and DoD line done, and records it in the CHANGELOG. VERSION bump / release tag deferred to a release step.

🤖 Generated with Claude Code

All v1.5.0 prompt-pack maturity items and the definition-of-done line are
complete after #11: thin packs rewritten, missing sections added across all
14 packs, and check-prompts.sh enforcing the standard. Record it in the
CHANGELOG [Unreleased] section.

VERSION bump and release tag left to a separate release step.

Cut the v1.5.0 release. All scope items shipped across #9#12.

- VERSION 1.4.0 → 1.5.0
- CHANGELOG: [Unreleased] promoted to [1.5.0] - 2026-07-02
- README status, UI header and alignment target → v1.5.0; roadmap
  pointer now targets v2.0.0
- ROADMAP: v1.5.0 marked done/shipped, v2.0.0 set as next, current
recommended next step rewritten to "scope v2.0.0"
- Synced docs/prompts.json with web/prompts.json; regenerated the
  prompt index (header now 1.5.0)

release-check.sh: PASS (gitleaks clean, mqlaunch doctor 12/12,
check-prompts 179/0, check-docs 31/0, index generated today).
