Closes none, but is related to #1071. This isn't meant to be merged. I was mostly interested in seeing how tedana could be used in tandem with a tool like rapidtide, which produces voxel-wise regressors. I was concerned that the traveling wave isolated by rapidtide might be incorrectly split up by the stationary PCA+ICA that tedana does.
