This script is flashing both U-Boot and bitfile via the `boston` utility on the Boston board, taking the paths for both from argv. The board will then boot and eventually prompt the user to login. The serial connection is able to be interrupted using the keyboard interrupt.
In the new TOML file we can specify the connection details such as serial port and baud rate, and also we can specify the necessary U-Boot and bitfile binaries.
