This release contains a static website without any server side logic. Can be hosted using any web server that serves static content.

Changelog:

• Added import/export feature. Users can now share their playground with others by either using the hosted service provided by playground.mlir-china.org, or by exporting their playground into a file and sharing that through other means. The exported file uses a public format and is fully inspectable.
• Packaged the required wasm files with the static release (instead of referencing a hosted version). This allows for maximum portability of the release package (usable without internet), and prevents version mismatches if the online version is ever changed in the future.
