You can't change mtg folders directly, you need to remove it via lua from https://github.com/MT-CTF/capturetheflag/tree/master/mods/mtg/ctf_changes

I am not in favor of this because the suggestion on Discord is pretty controversial. And my personal opinion is finding a use for flint rather than removing it. The suggestion has got 5 upvotes and 7 downvotes on Discord.
