Merging a PR into main was re-triggering the full CI workflow automatically. Drops the push trigger so CI only runs on pull_request and manual workflow_dispatch.
Release used to fire automatically whenever main was pushed (e.g. on every PR merge), which fights with the new manual version input. Drops the push trigger so Release only runs via workflow_dispatch.
