Bug fix

• User set backgrounds written to theme.conf.user, by system settings for example, are now prioritized over the "Background" variable in theme.conf

Config Upgrade

Fixes a bug where the fontsize option wont adjust the size of the labels of the power buttons
Added an option to make your avatar have an outline and values to adjust it.

Minor Bug Fixes

Fixes a bug where power buttons hover area was off
The background now draws in a seperate QML item, this hopefully fixes a black screen for some people

Chili Release

This is a major release for it has been renamed from NixOS to Chili to avoid confusion with the equally named Linux distribution.
Various bugs have been fixed and the blur effect can now be altered in intensity or even completely turned off!

Minor Bug Fix

Fixed a regression bug in 0.4.0 which made the system icons unresponsive.
