Handle changes (modification, delete, added) from watch notifications, so that externally edited files (e.g. by git) get updated. This PR also removes the handling of stow logs and natunit result files, so it should be merged pretty late. Users that rely on inline assertion error flagging need to also update the natunit plugin with MarkusAmshove/vscode-natunit#8
