Motivation

Using caching for CNAMEs when doing tenant resolution with SNI.. this should somewhat reduce DNS load a bit and make CPS a very tiny bit faster... we could introduce some caching on the arec lookup as well making 0 lookup resolution, but the arec lookups are helpful to ensuring we migrate to new environmentd's fast.
