Materialize CRD docs improvements

Materialize CRD documentation improvements.

• Hide deprecated fields.
• Sort fields required first, then alphabetically.
• Link from documented types to their descriptions.
• Even out the spacing of the type, description, and default.

Motivation

• This PR adds a known-desirable feature.
