Use ZooMSS to assess the impacts of climate change on the structure of the global zooplankton community, and its role in mediating energy from phytoplankton to fish
This analysis was published in Heneghan, R.F., Everett, J.D., Blanchard, J.L. et al. Climate-driven zooplankton shifts cause large-scale declines in food quality for fish. Nat. Clim. Chang. 13, 470–477 (2023). https://doi.org/10.1038/s41558-023-01630-7

Required runs For each dataset, we need to complete these runs:
- The standard model run, with all groups included – COMPLETED
- A run with salps and larvaceans removed (no filter feeders) - COMPLETED
- A run with carnivorous copepods, chaetognaths and jellyfish removed (no carnivores) - COMPLETED
- A run with omnivorous copepods and euphausiids removed (no omnivores) - COMPLETED
- A run with one zooplankton group - COMPLETED
