Second-Order Time-Unfolded Models of Contagion Applied to Antimicrobial Resistance and the COVID-19 Pandemic

This repository contains all the source code, stored in .ipynb files, used in my MSc Thesis. They include both my own functions and functions taken from the Python Package eventgraphs of which I have fully referenced within the thesis.

Data has been excluding due to research rights and ethics.
