Not sure if I'm being too picky about writing pull request out in full? Would recomment expanding out the -z group= as discussed though

Update rose-stem commands and references to multi-repo testing.
Not done in release notes as these need more of a substantial rewrite for git.
Also not done in macro instructions as these need their own ticket.
