Fix OpenBazaar docs (#680)

The official website is down, but clients can be downloaded from GitHub. Download and setup instructions have been merged, source code and license links added.

Whether we keep or drop OpenBazaar in general, e.g. by moving to a fork, is discussed at: MichaIng/DietPi#5213
