Removed BOM and standardized indentation and formatting across all decal.json and netlane.json files in the CustomNetLanes/Roadway directory. This improves consistency and prevents encoding issues.
Removed BOM from RV Road - 03/netlane.json and updated RV Road Side - 17/netlane.json. These changes improve consistency and may address encoding or asset configuration issues.
