- Only transports set connectionId
- None of our transports set it on client side (NetworkConnectionToServer)
- Some projects may be referencing NetworkConnection type instead of NetworkConnectionToClient and we can't obsolete connectionId in the base class
- Requires fixing NI::RemoveObserver to correct type
