Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently, if we install from the Microsoft Store, we are prompted every time the app opens to update from 3.0.4 to 3.1.4, which is not on the Microsoft Store and described in this issue.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to see the app check if it's installed from the Microsoft Store and then check if it needs an update based on what is on the Microsoft Store or its current logic if it's installed from another source.

For reference, I get this prompt every time I open the app.

Yes, the version on the Store is not up to date. You can check for updates in the program but open the Store to update. In general, apps installed from Store are manages from Store. No update check needed. Currently the app checks for update and want to install the setup and requesting admin rights. That's not good.
