💬 리뷰 요구사항

모임 수정시, 캐시데이터 확인하고 없을 시, detail API 사용하여 데이터페칭하는데, 해당 useEffect 내부에서 조건적으로 useQuery 사용이 되자않아, 일단 하드코딩하였습니다. 추후 방법찾고 수정해보겠습니다.
