승인대기중 모임구현입니다.

현재 한 페이지 내에서 두 섹션에 대한 useInfiniteScroll를 사용할 수 없으며, 추가적인 tab을 구현한다면 상세페이지에서 페이지 리다이렉트는 조건을 고려하는 로직이 추가되어야 하기에 빠르게 급선무로 좌우 스크롤로 구현하였습니다.
승인 대기중인 모임은 최신부터 오래된순으로 불러와지며, 6개의 추가데이터는 버튼을 클릭했을 때 추가로 fetch 가능합니다.
