Ravager Updates/CC Sec and Overseer Modsuit Updates

About the PR

Reworks ravagers drones with 3 brand new drones, much better suited for monolith space combat. replaced ravager bofors with tarnyxs and 20mm with phalanxs. also makes the drones producible via their security tech fab. Also fixes and improved thorax.

Small buffs to SOLDAT and BULWARK suit to give them slightly better protection, while also adding in caustic protection to allow them to fight chimeras. also added a 4 gauge knuckleduster to BULWARK gauntlet, and 12 gauge knuckleduster to SOLDAT modsuit.

Why / Balance

For the ravager, it is shit. the drones are shit, im sorry naz but those guys are hideous to look at. this gives them a better look, better weapons, and makes them able to be produced rather than buying 500 id cards. also, ravager needed some slight armament updates.

for the modsuits, CC sec existed in a state where they had really no reason to exist. sure they could hunt pirates, but their equipment sucks compared to what mercenaries could get from the loadout menu, this gives them a small edge in combat, while also giving them the ability to hunt down chimeras.

sec modsuits dont need poison resists
maybe make tarnyx look better on the weapon mount (make weapon mount smaller for example).
no need to make each lpc for each drone - make one for all drones.
lpc sprite state should be m/ltech (htech is reserved for capital LPC's).

Modsuit poison resistance was put in to stop chimera injection. Ilya/Arctic said to put them at those numbers

Sure I'll work on tarnyx placement

Individual lpc for each drone since it would not make sense why one drone which is smaller would cost the same as a bigger drone. Also I based it off how motley did drones.

The sprite was just me yamling things together I'll look at it.
