About the PR

roles: salvage-research
appraises at 31k, costs 40k due to plastitanium tax but lack of ore processor, FTL, material silo and a distro
the primary feature is the large cargo bay and its PTK array
also comes with:

• solar assembly crate so you can build 10 solar panels
• free AI core electronics (no reason not to so it should be fine)
• openable borg jobslots
• no distro (intentional: Colossus Machine Legion ship)
• fabrication facilities
• research server and console
• enough plastitanium exterior plating to (mostly) survive asteroid collisions
• as much thrust as a turtle

Why / Balance

seems to be unique niche-wise
does not seem to category-overlap with any other ship of the same size/cost, victoria is geared more towards research and other ships more towards mining
