The Tortoise Shell is a new item that can be placed as an entity. It can be crafted with 4 Tortoise Scutes in a Crafting Table
When interacting with the Tortoise Shell entity it slides in the players looking direction and spins for 22 ticks.
Additionally the Shell can also be shot from a Dispenser

Note: The player can not interact with the Shell from above or below and only if the Shell isn't already spinning!

The Tortoise Shell bounces off blocks and entities and damages entities when hit.
If the Shell hits a Jade Block it bounces off, but spins for a longer time than usual.

The Tortoise Shell can stun Ravagers that aren't already stunned or roaring and can break Shield protection. (Like an axe)
