Feb round stuff

• Adds cybernetic surgical processor

• removes some random stuff from chemistry that I have no idea what it does
• Lean is back apparently

• simple health analyzer can't do chemscans

Other

• Retro laser gun now use non-hitscan projectiles
• Revamps opioid addiction (now painkiller addiction) to be less lethal
  • Rather than pumping you with pain constantly, it now sets you to a low base pain (so you constantly feel aching)
  • Then as the withdrawl effects worsen, the pain feeling modifier (not the pain received modifier) is increased, causing that low amount of base pain to steadily feel worse and worse
  • tl;dr you get the effect of worsening pain without actively going into shock
• Deletes synth head dna block
• Crew monitor shows "looks at x" message
• Fixes pain self-diagnose message
• capitalized addictions in health readouts
• all addictions no longer process on stasis
