This is the python3 version of 404neko's mhtSpliter

Get started

python3 Main.py yourfile.mht nMessage nMessage is the number of messages contained in each html file.

run python3 -m http.server 8080 in the html file directory then use the Evernote webclipper chrome extension save to your account.
