Add script to compare tracks

This script uses the new SelectSameTrack module to find instances of 'the same' track in 2 collections, and creates an ntuple allowing detailed comparison of those.

Thanks, Dave. Do you have an example fcl file that shows what the @nils might look like? I think it would be good to have a concrete example that an interested user could run
