@bhuang95 can you address the coding norm failures? Otherwise this looks great, thanks

@CoryMartin-NOAA I just fixed some python norm failures. What caused the Unit Tests? I am not familar with that. |

@bhuang95 it's because you're on your fork instead of NOAA-EMC. It's a limitation in the CI actions. Don't worry about it. |
