As probability code continues to progress, most of the package requirement have long been since added to our docker image. We now have a new packages to add now. Please add pymc==5.16.2. It is ok to change the version a little if compatibility issues arise.

We have been staying ahead to help keep prob testing and FIM testing in sync ahead of the game.

pymc v5.16.2 has been added to the Pipfile in the dev-cleanup-gdal branch
