Benchmarking Testing Profiling

Benchmarking Thoughts:

  • Include testing of time interpolation
  • Test all combinations of inputs e.g. ln_tra = True, ln_dyn2d = False etc

Benchmark Data

To use the benchmark data via the THREDDS server use namelist_remote.bdy. This will reference the URL:

http://opendap4gws.jasmin.ac.uk/thredds/noc_msm/root/pynemo_catalog.html

which hold the data. Alternatively, the benchmark data can be downloaded from XXXX and namelist_local.bdy can be edited to reflect the path to the data.
