To make the tensorboard writer compatible to tf2 in visualizer.py 1. version check for tf2 or not 2. FileWriter to create_file_writer and following changes

Hi! Thanks for updating this. But I encountered a problem that whenever tensorboard logging is enabled with this pull, an exception is thrown "Expected all tensors to be on the same device, but found at least two devices: cuda:0 and cuda:1". I was training only with cuda:1. |
