colmap2nerf.py Line 45 Syntax Error

I'm getting this syntax error running colmap2nerf.py (while following the git's suggested parameters for calling ffmpeg with --video_in

my full line is:

C:\Users\evans\Documents\GitHub\instant-ngp\data>python C:\Users\evans\Documents\GitHub\instant-ngp\data\nerf\officetest\colmap2nerf.py --video_in colmapTest --video_fps 2 --run_colmap --aabb_scale 16

SyntaxError: invalid syntax

Note, the Carrot (^) is correct per how it is read in cmd, pointing to the second Quotation marker

Unless I'm mistaken, there's nothing wrong with my cmd prompt, it's the script itself?

Answering myself after some digging around:

1. cmd terminal was pointing to an older Python version, installed elsewhere. deleted this, and pointed to the latest version of Python and put that, and its scripts folder, in PATH
   then with pip install in cmd
   -needed to install numby
   -needed to install cv2
