Currently, the API requires you to download data from proteome scout, move it to a folder of interest, and then tell the api where that data file is located. While this works fine, it would be convenient to include a function that automatically downloads the necessary data and stores it in a location that is easy for the API to access (and you don't have to point to data every time you load the API).
For a similar function as to what I am suggesting, see the config.install_resource_files() function from KSTAR
